Back to Top component is to assist the user with navigation of the page when the page content is lengthy. After a certain scroll percentage the back top top icon should fade in and take the user back to the top of the page.

Developer Notes

This is currently a CSS only design solution and does not contain the actual code to navigate the user back to the top of the page. This will need to be implemented.

Also note that this particular component has a dependency of Mericon. Please ensure that the font is correctly loaded while implementing this Back to Top Button.
