Number Counters can be used as additions to icons to display how many notifications or sub-items a certain item has. For example this can be coupled with an envelope icon to notify the user of how many inbox messages they have.

Developer Notes

To change out the number that is shown in the center of the counter circle, just replace the content of the <span></span> tag.
